C is for cookie...

Ugh it's only Wednesday... this week has gone really slow for some reason, and today was particularly long. I didn't have a bad week or day, its just been long. And I'm completely exhausted. I'm not getting enough sleep probably. I've been up till at least 11 the past few nights doing homework, because I've been busy doing other things and going places. And Spanish is turning out to be the dumbest class ever. It seems like I can never get caught up in that class...I constantly have at least 3 or 4 things I have to do. Like today she didn't assign any specific homework but I have to finish translating a "cultural connection" and then doing vocab, and stuff in the workbook. And it seems as soon as I get one thing done, we have 3 more things to do, or get notice of a quiz the day before. Not to mention that I also have Trig homework, which rarely gets finished, because I'm busy doing spanish, and I have to get caught up with that sometime soon. Grrrrr... Ok ok I'm done complaining now. I really don't have THAT much to do its just that sometimes I get overwhelmed, with all the school stuff, all the all-state chamber practices (auditions are a month from now, and I'm sooo not ready) and also the whole college/scholarship thing. But I'm not going to start in on that stuff because well I said I was done complaining.

Actually today hasn't been a bad day. Not a particularly good day though. You know what? I'm not going to get to see Seth until Sunday. (which just so happens to be his birthday ;)) But I think that's going to make this week go slower I'm sure I'll make it though ;).

There is one thing I'm kind of excited about... our choir (well chamber and madrigals, and possibly concert choir too) might be going to a competition in Toronto, Canada. It sounds like its going to be a lot of fun. We're stopping at Niagra Falls on the way up and eating at Planet Hollywood, and then the next day in Toronto we're doing some sight-seeing and we might even get to sing in a castle. I don't remember what its called but its like a real castle. And then of course the next day we'll at the competition all day and then the following day coming home. But yea I think it's going to be fun. The only downside is that I'll be away from home for 4 days and that's 4 days away from Seth :( I'm going to make sure I have a calling card though. I'm sure I'll have to call my parents at least once or twice and I want to call him at least once. ;) But yea it's not until April.
