Happy Birthday to me...

Hey hey hey!!! Today is my birthday... hence the description. Hehe. I'm 18...its hard to believe, I remember when I was so excited when I got into the "double-digits" for my age and now I'm technically an . *scary!!!* I need to register to vote...

Anyway-- this weekend was GREAT!!! We went to North Bend for a retreat. Seth got to come with me. It was wonderful and a lot of fun. They did this thing for us seniors, me, Amanda and Erin. It was so sad. They read these poems and quotes and stuff about us and then we sang "Shout to the Lord", and then Doug had this slide show all put together of all the pictures of the youth. We all cried- a lot! I wasn't expecting myself to cry that much but I did. Afterwards Nicole took me back in the bedroom and we talked and she apoligized for some stuff and yea I'm not going to go into any of it but we were both crying and then we just started laughing because we were crying. No things are all great now between us. She's one I'll miss most, but I know I'll stay friends with. Of course we had some funny stuff too, I laughed SOOOO hard when we played this one game. Lets just say it got a little um, well, it kind of went on a downward spiral in the gutter. ;) But it was fun, and overall this weekend was great. Oh and thanks Seth for coming with me!!! You made it that much more fun! :D

Ok well I better go... this time change has me all messed up and I just realized that it is a quarter till 5 and I have to go get ready, we (my family, Seth, and I) are going to outback for my birthday dinner tonight. :D I'm looking forward to my Mac-a-Roo and cheese I always get. I know I know an 18 year old ordering off of the kids menu-- but it is GOOD!!! ;)
