Follow the yellow brick road

Hey! Well I'm actually at school now, in the library. I have about 20 minutes before my next class and I thought I'd get on here to kill some time. I emailed Seth already. Anyway... a lot of people are asking me how I like school and the answer is always "its ok". Because it is. I mean it just seems like I go to class, eat by myself or go home for lunch, then go to work, and either home or to clogging. I haven't made any new friends at all yet. I've hung out with Whitney a little bit, especially in the mornings, but I don't have any classes with her. I thought about trying out for choir here, but the auditions are this week and I want to get settled in with everything first before I join extra stuff. I know I'll make friends there though, so I'm definitley going to give it a shot next year. So yea it really is just ok. I don't think any of my classes are going to be really hard. The class with the most work will probably be english, but I don't mind writing that much so it'll be ok.

ANYWAY... I'm looking forward to this weekend. Tomorrow I only have one class and I called off work so I'm going to go home after school and get my stuff together, then probably get Seth from school around 2, then head down to Camp Barbe in Wirt County for Stoneycreek's Bluegrass Festival. We're dancing there this weekend once on Friday and twice on Saturday. Seth and I are both camping down there with Teresa, and possibly Abby too. So yea it'll be a lot of fun and I'm really looking forward to it. :)

Ok well this is boring enough and I better get started going to my next class, Music Appreciation. TTFN!

~Melissa
