You'll need to make a new page on your server to use for your updates.  On each individual links, make sure that each one is targeted to "frame".  (Ex. <a href="http://www.link.com" target="frame">Link</a>

Also you'll need to create a page called "paradise.html"  This will be your initial page that will be in this frame to start with, and when your visitors click on your links, they will appear here.

This of course scrolls when you type enough... if you need to edit what this says though, be sure to edit "paradise.html"
